Eddie O'Connor founded the international wind farm development company Airtricity in 1997 and has been Chief Executive Officer since. From 1987 to 1996 O'Connor was Chief Executive Officer at Bord na Móna and prior to that he worked with the Electricity Supply Board. He is an honorary Director of the European Wind Energy Association.
