Pat Boucher (born March 17, 1970) is a bilingual (English/French) Canadian politician who ran for for election to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the Northern Ontario riding of Timmins—James Bay as a member of the Ontario Liberal Party. He finished second at 37%.

Boucher was born and raised in Kapuskasing, Ontario, a town that was primarily built upon the forest industry. He has an Honours Bachelors Degree from McGill University and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. Boucher practices law from an office in Kapuskasing (Bourgeault, Brunelle, Boucher) with a focus on family and criminal litigation.

He has represented the interests of children through his work as an agent of the Office of the Children's Lawyer and has provided special duty counsel at no cost to people of low income through the Clinique Juridique Grand Nord Legal Clinic. He has also worked on the Kapuskasing and District Professional Health Care Recruitment and Retention Committee where he served as Vice-Chairperson. One of the purposes of this committee is to encourage doctors to consider moving to and remaining in the area of Kapuskasing to ensure top medical is always provided to the residents.

He has served as a member of the board of directors - as well as chair of the board - for the Clinique Jurisdique Grand Nord Legal Clinic which is funded by Legal Aid Ontario and ensures quality legal services and information in identified areas of law to low-income people. Additionally, Boucher has served as a Director and Vice-President of the Timmins-James Bay Federal Liberal Riding Association, a Director on the Algoma-Manitoulin Kapuskasing Federal Liberal Riding Association.
