Peter Corroon

Peter Corroon

Peter Corroon (born July 16,1964) is the current Mayor of Salt Lake County, Utah. He holds an engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, a law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California and a real estate finance and development degree from New York University. He is also the first cousin of former U.S. Presidential candidate Howard Dean [http://www.democracyforamerica.com/press/view/11] .

Prior to becoming County Mayor Corroon ran a small development company. Corroon is a devout Catholic.
