It started as a pizzeria; however, later its owners decided to enter into thefast food business and finally into the fried chicken market. Frisby was the first Colombian fried chicken chain and now, it has more than 100 restaurants in 24 Colombian cities. It is the first fried chicken restaurant in the nation and the third company in the ranking of the best Colombian fast food.The Company decided to open its doors inQueens ,New York in July 2007 to commemorate the 100th restaurant.
