Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah is the Oil and Energy minister and the deputy prime minister of Qatar. He has held the OPEC chairmanship. He is the chairman of Qatar Petroleum and its subsidiaries. He is also a board member of Al-Sadd Sports Club.
