The film is a nostalgic autobiographical overview of the authorsadolescence inSR Croatia in the formerSocialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the late 1970s and early 1980s which corresponded with the emergence of theYugoslav Punk and theYugoslav New Wave scene, both which the author affiliated to, thus turning this film into arockumentary . The film features interviews and rare footage of some of the top formerYugoslav rock acts ever such as:Azra , Film andHaustor from the author's hometownZagreb ,Croatia where most of the story takes place; then members ofElektrični orgazam andIdoli whom the author visits inBelgrade ,Serbia ; as well asPankrti andBuldožer fromLjubljana ,Slovenia . Beside materials filmed aroundformer Yugoslavia , the film also contains interviews with important former Yugoslav artists who currently live abroad. For exampleDarko Rundek is interviewed inParis ,France ,Mirko Ilić inNew York City in theUS , and there are also scenes shot on locations in theNetherlands ,Germany ,Hungary and other countries.
