Raggs LLC

Raggs LLC was founded by Toni Steedman, a former advertising executive of Charlotte, North Carolina. The company is based around RAGGS Kids Club Band, a television and live property, created by Steedman.

Raggs LLC owns all underlying intellectual property, including US and Australian trademarks and copyrights including music publishing and copyrights to over 120 original songs. Trademarks include umbrella corporate design marks, plus individual characters marks in multiple classes. Additional global marks are applied for.
