Gene Summers was born inDallas, Texas and is an American singer/entertainer who has been an activerock music /rockabilly recording artist since the 1950s. Some of his classic recordings include "School Of Rock 'n Roll ", "Straight Skirt ", "Nervous ", "Gotta Lotta That", "Twixteen ", "Fancy Dan", "Alabama Shake" and "Big Blue Diamonds". Summers still performs concerts worldwide and he will celebrate his 50th anniversary as a recording artist in 2008. Gene was inducted into theRockabilly Hall of Fame in 1997 and the Southern Legends Entertainment and Performing Arts Hall of Fame in 2005.Track listing
