Gregori Emilio Aquino Valera (born January 11, 1978 in Puerto Palenque, Dominican Republic) is a Major League Baseball player for the Baltimore Orioles.

Aquino was originally signed as a 16-year-old infielder in by|1995, by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Aquino began the mlby|2007 season on the Milwaukee Brewers roster, but was placed on the disabled list on April 21. He was sent to the Triple-A Nashville Sounds on a rehabilitation assignment, before being recalled by Milwaukee on August 31 to replace Manny Parra, who was placed on the disabled list.

On December 14, 2007, Aquino was claimed off waivers by the Baltimore Orioles.
