Joseph Kenney is a Republican member of the New Hampshire Senate, representing the 3rd District since 2002. Previously he was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1994 until 2002.

He has announced his intention to seek the office of Governor of New Hampshire in 2008. He is the only Republican whose name will appear on the ballot for the September 9 statewide primary.
