FTP access and editing restrictions and inability to access theMySQL database directly, lack of security as the software is remotely hosted.InvisionFree bases its design on skinning, using only CSS and Javascript to design the board. While many would consider this a very limited form of design, thousands of skins have been created just for this software. The design of the upcoming ZetaBoards is similar, however has unique classes and a completely different coding system.

Although they are not required to convert to ZetaBoards, it is recommended because Zetaboards fixes many bugs that the IF software has.ZetaBoards forums do allow the use of custom domain names to be installed, however the domain must match up to a CNAME record. The use of this primary domain allows the board links to be directed through the domain using PHP.References
