Yuriko Chiba

Yuriko Chiba (千羽 由利子 Chiba Yuriko?, born March 9, 1967 in Kumamoto Prefecture) is an animator and character designer.[1] She was one of the founders of Oriental Light and Magic and a former member of Studio Giants along with Naohito Takahashi. She has worked on several noted anime series, including:

  • Floral Magician Mary Bell, 1992–1993 (Animation Director)
  • ToHeart (anime), 1999 (Character Design / General Animation Director)
  • Steel Angel Kurumi, 1999–2002 (Character Design / General Animation Director)
  • Figure 17, 2001–2002 (Character Design / General Animation Director)
  • Planetes, 2003–2004 (Character Design)
  • Brave Story, 2006 (Character Design)
  • Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion, 2006 (Main Animator)
