Hasmawi Hassan (born 4 August 1980) is a Malaysian footballer who currently plays for Negeri Sembilan FA in the Malaysia Super League. Known as "Mawi" by fans.

Kelantanese-born striker was one of top player at Penang FA since drafted to senior team in 1998 season. He was gets several call-up for training with Malaysia national football team and after playing several season with hometown team, he signed with Kedah FA since 2006 and was the first starter in line-up until emergence of youngster, Mohd Khyril Muhymeen Zambri taking over his place.

For 2009 season, he was released by Kedah FA and later signed with Premier League Malaysia outfit, Felda United FC for a season contract.
