Pushbike Army are a young and exciting, 3 piece indie/punk band from Leeds, England.

Information

The band consists of John Rennie (Vox/Guitar) Andy Booth (Bass Guitar) and Chris Hide (Drums). The lads grew up in different towns of northern England but it was in Leeds they met, and in February 2006 they formed Pushbike Army. They produce honest music from the heart, delivered with a dose of healthy youth aggression which has been described by media sources as modish football terrace chants and riot rock’n'rollOn February 15th 2007, “Sleeping in the ditch” Pushbike Army’s debut demo was given “demo of the week” on BBC6 Music by Steve Lamacq, who also interviewed singer John Rennie live on air.
