Kuan Bi-ling (管碧玲) is a female politician in Taiwan. She is a member of the Democratic Progressive Party. She is also a member in the Legislative Yuan.

Kuan won one seat in the 2008 legislative election which was held under the single-member district system.

Early life and education

Kuan Bi-ling was born to a Hakka Taiwanese father and a Hoklo Taiwanese mother. She received her Ph.D. with honors in political science from the National Taiwan University.
