Ratna Singh

Ratna Singh

Ratna Singh is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress party. She was a member of the 13th Lok Sabha from Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh.

She lost the 2004 elections to Akshay Pratap Singh alias Gopalji, nephew of the criminal-politician Raghuraj Pratap Singh. Ratna and Raghuraj are both related to the royal family of Oudh, which is why she is sometimes referred to as Rajkumari Ratna Singh (lit. "Raj"=king, "kumari"=daughter).
