Jimmy Milne

James Low "Jimmy" Milne (born January 24, 1911 in Dundee, Scotland) is a Scottish former footballer and manager. He managed Preston North End from 1961 to 1968 [http://www.pnefc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/History/0,,10362~1033968,00.html] and Wigan Athletic from 1946 to 1947.
