Freddie North

Freddie North (born 28 May 1939, Nashville, Tennessee) was an American R&B singer.

He had experience as a disc jockey at WLAC-Nashville and in promotion for Nashboro Records, who released gospel music. [ [http://wm02.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:wpfpxqr5ldke~T5 Billboard] , Allmusic.com] The disc yielded two hit singles, "She's All I Got" (U.S. #39, U.S. Black Singles #10) [ [http://wm02.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:wpfpxqr5ldke~T51 Billboard Singles] , Allmusic.com] and "You and Me Together Forever".

He remains a one-hit wonder.
