Christopher Savido (born 1981) is an artist from Pittsburgh who achieved some minor notoriety when his "small colorful painting... that from afar appears to be a likeness of [P]resident Bush but viewed up close reveals chimps swimming in a marshy landscape" [1] provoked the closing of an art exhibit in New York City in 2004.
