Ute Frevert is professor of German history at
Yale University . She is a specialist in modern Germany, with an interest in social history. She was previously on the faculty of theUniversity of Berlin , theUniversity of Konstanz , and theUniversity of Bielefeld in Germany, and also theUniversity of Zürich in Switzerland.Awards
Frevert received the
