Assist-2-Sell, Inc. is a discount real estate company that was started by Mary LaMeres-Pomin and Lyle Martin in 1987. There are more than 450 real estate franchise offices in 44 U.S. states and five Canadian provinces. Assist-2-Sell is based in Reno, Nevada and continues to be run by LaMeres-Pomin and Martin.

The Company describes itself as a full-service discount real estate company. Franchise owners/brokers and their agents provide home sellers and home buyers with full brokerage services. Home sellers pay a low, flat fee once their home is sold, instead of a commission that is a percentage of a home's sale price.
