Martin Frederick

Martin Frederick

Martin E. Frederick (born June 13, 1963), is the Corporate Director of Civil Space Programs at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Prior to this appointment, he worked at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration as Deputy Director for the Applied Sciences Program in the Earth Science Division of the Science Mission Directorate. He worked as Associate Chief Engineer at the Goddard Space Flight Center.

Early life

Mr. Frederick received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Engineering from Loyola College in Maryland.

Career

Mr. Frederick was President and Co-founder of ASTEK Advanced Solar Technologies Incorporated. He was also a Leadership Development Coach at the Council for Excellence in Government.
