album released by British rock bandThe Armoury Show , and frontman Richard Jobson's last known venture in music, other than his brief reunion withThe Skids in the early 2000s. Although "Waiting for the Floods" was well-received by critics, it was a commercial failure and led to the dissolution of the band, with guitaristJohn McGeoch and drummer John Doyle separating in 1987 and the definitive end in 1988 when Jobson and bass guitarist Russell Webb decided to become solo artists.Personnel
