Ferrocarril de Langreo or FC de Langreo was a Spanish
railway company which operated astandard gauge line, in the Autonomous Community ofAsturias , in northernSpain . It was the third train constructed in Spain, at 1850 decade.A private km to mi|50| abbr=yes railway focused on Coal and Iron Ore from the mines of
Laviana ,Langreo ... and the factory ofLa Felguera toGijon , it was the only non-urban Spanish railway built to RailGauge|sgstandard gauge , which often led it to look for second-hand rolling-stock, mainly from theUnited States . This included the purchase of:

*FourALCO RS-3 diesel electric units in 1964, from theTerminal Railroad Association of St. Louis .
