Keiji Hirose

Keiji Hirose

Keiji Hirose (born April 16, 1973 in Osaka) is a former rugby union footballer from Japan. His club team is Toyota Verblitz.

A flyhalf, Hirose appeared 38 times for Japan in international Tests and as their designated goalkicker managed a national record of 398 points. In a game against Tonga during the 1999 Pac Rim Championship he kicked a then record of nine penalties from nine attempts.
