Rosebank College is a private, Secondary, Catholic, day school predominantly for girls', located in Five Dock, an inner-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Founded in 1867 by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan, Rosebank currently caters for approximately 540 students with girls' from Years 7 to 12, and co-education in Years 11 and 12. The College will become completely co-educational from 2009.
