Algeria . It is the capital ofEl Taref Province .La Calle is a port town near El Taref. El Taref is 700 kilometers east ofAlgiers .General Electric andIberdrola are building a power station in El Taref, beginning in mid2008 , a project which will increase Algeria'senergy capacity by 18%.
