Offer Angel

Offer Angel LLC is a Scottsdale, Arizona company that was founded in November 2006 as an online service for consumers seeking unbiased details about mortgage loans. The online company launched in May 2007 by the co-founders Meghan Burns and Jason Kaufman.

Offer Angel has been featured in various newspaper articles and in TV interviews, including CNN's "Open House" hosted by Gerri Willis.[1]

The company allows consumers to use its automated service to collect data from loan originators about specific loan terms being offered to the consumer. The information that is disclosed through the OfferAngel.com site is specific to the consumer and more than the current federal home loan disclosures requires loan originators to provide to the consumer. Once the loan terms are entered online, OfferAngel.com's automated service transmits the loan terms to the consumer through a private account and formats the information into a report along with definitions of the loan terms. The online company was created to increase the transparency of information provided to the consumer while shopping for a mortgage loan.
