Education and career

Eric Cole was elected to serve as a councilman in 2003. He works as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services. After graduating from Hillsboro High School, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Environmental Studies from James Madison University at Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is also a member of the Metro Homeless Commission.
