Marketplace At Austin Bluffs...

Is the proposed title of the soon to be remolded Colorado Springs shopping center. Formerly built as a mini-mall, with 3 anchors, consisting of King Soopers, Hancock Fabrics, & 24 Hour Fitness. This shopping mall was called Shops At The Bluffs.

The new shopping center will no longer be a mini-mall rather a shopping center with a more traditional style. Even though It still will be located off of Austin Bluffs & Academ Blvd. the name change will help rejuvenate its style and look. All 3 Anchors will continue to have locations at the current site. Adolfson & Peterson Construction is the General Contractor.

Also proposed stores include an Office Depot, and King Soopers Gas Station.
