Diane Strickland

Dianne Strickland is a retired judge in Roanoke Valley, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor. She was appointed to the Virginia Tech Review Panel after the Virginia Tech massacre.^[1][2][3][4]
