History

oldies formats. The station was originally licensed toFayetteville, Tennessee .In January 1991, Lincoln County Broadcasters, Inc., reached an agreement to sell WIXC to Low Country Corporation, Inc. The deal was approved by the
Federal Communications Commission on March 12, 1991, and the transaction was consummated on March 22, 1991.
