"Eremophila eriocalyx", also known as Desert Pride, is a shrub which is native to Australia.

Description

It is a spindly shrub which usually grows to between 0.8 and 2 metres high. It produces white, cream, yellow or pink flowers between August and October in Australia (late winter to mid spring).

Taxonomy

The species was first formally described in 1859 by botanist Ferdinand von Mueller in "Fragmenta Phytographiae Australiae"

Distribution

The species occurs in Western Australia and South Australia.
