nihongo|Kōsei Ono|小野晃征|Ono Kōsei (born 17 April 1987 in Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese rugby union player. He began his rugby career in Christchurch, New Zealand as a schoolboy. Ono has gained 4 caps with the Japanese side since his debut at fly half against Australia A on 9 May 2007. Ono appeared in the Rugby World Cup 2007, where he scored the only points in Japan's opening match against nrut|Australia after converting a penalty.

He plays for Fukuoka Sanix Blues.
