Frank Bigelow Tarbell PHD.( 1853 –
December 12 ,1920 ) was a professor of Classic Studies at the University of Chicago from 1893 until his death in 1920. Frank Tarbell received his doctorate from Yale University. He taught for a short while at that school. [ ] Professor Tarbell was one of the faculty members chosen to lay the cornerstone for the University of Chicago Classics building on June 9, 1914.
