San Bernardino, California . It is seen onCharter Communications andTime Warner Cable systems in the city and parts of Highland, Loma Linda, Rialto, Colton and Grand Terrace as well.KCSB produces many local programs, including longtime favorites such as "Inland Empire Alive!", "The Jazz Connection", and "Inland Empire's Most Wanted", formerly "San Bernardino's Most Wanted". San Bernardino City Council meetings are also aired on the station. KCSB runs a community bulletin board when it is not showing programming. Some of KCSB's programs have been run on other cable systems outside of San Bernadino and on low power TV stations
KVMD ,KXLA andKPXN-TV .KCSB was the flagship station of the local TV network ICTN (Inland California Television Network). ICTN was a partnership between
California State University, San Bernardino , the City of San Bernardino, and about 20 other surrounding cities. It's programming also ran on the cable access channels of the other cities (in addition to San Bernardino). The network produced a Monday through Friday newscast that was also broadcast over the airwaves by KVCR-TV Channel 24, owned by theSan Bernardino Community College District . TheSan Bernardino County Sun andInland Valley Daily Bulletin newspapers helped contribute news items to the newscast in return for plugs for the papers. Unfortunately, after fifteen months,California State University, San Bernardino pulled the plug on ICTN due to a lack of sufficient advertising revenue.KCSB has a sister station, Access San Bernardino. It airs public access programming submitted by viewers, as well as the programming from the
Pentagon Channel , the California Channel andClassic Arts Showcase . It is seen onTime Warner Cable Channel 17 andCharter Communications Channel 32.An internet feed of at least KCSB will be available sometime next year.
