Phillipsburg, Ontario

Phillipsburg is an unincorporated compact rural community in the Township of Wilmot, in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. [http://www.onterm.gov.on.ca/geo/details_e.asp?letter=p&ind=1301] Settled by German Lutherans in the 1840's, the hamlet had a post office from 1851-1915. [http://www.region.waterloo.on.ca/web/region.nsf/0/448B18DCE64DED2A85256E1C004F74B2?OpenDocument] It is centered at the intersection of Nafziger Road and Erb's Road.
