Kelby Shults alleged harrasement incident

The Kelby Shults alleged harassment incident occurred in San Angelo, Texas during 2005-2006 between Shults and his high school. While a student at Lake View High School in Spring of 2005, Shults was arrested and accused of making terroristic threats.
