Truprint

Truprint is a mail order & online photographic developing & printing service in the United Kingdom. They are part of the U.S. firm District Photo.

Services

Truprint process & develop 35mm and APS films (including digital photo prints) as well as disposable cameras. Customers place films in envelopes provided by Truprint which have an order form printed on the outside, along with a cheque to cover the cost of developing, printing and posting the films. Unlike some other services they do not accept credit cards for payment for this service. They also offer an online digital photo printing service.

Marketing

Envelopes are made available in places such as railway stations and motorway service stations. They also include replacement envelopes with the returned photos and envelopes can be ordered on their website. Their main selling point is being cheaper than high street photo developers, and indeed many other mail order photo finishers, and usually write their prices in large typeface across the front of their envelopes.
