Harmony Mills, in Cohoes, New York, United States, is an industrial district that is bordered by the Mohawk River and the old Erie Canal. It was listed as Harmony Mills Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and it was further declared a National Historic Landmark in 1999.citation|title=PDFlink| [http://pdfhost.focus.nps.gov/docs/NHLS/Text/78003151.pdf National Register of Historic Places Registration: Harmony Mills] |673 KB|author=Rachel D. It was the largest cotton mill complex in the world when it opened in 1872, and is one of the finest examples of a large-scale textile mill complex outside of New England.

In 2007, some of the mill buildings are being renovated and turned into residential lofts.
