SM City Southmall or SM Southmall Las Pinas is a large shopping mall owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings. The mall is located in Las Piñas City, Philippines. The mall opened in April 1995, and is the first SM Supermall in southern region of Metro Manila and the 5th SM Supermall ever built by Chinese-Filipino businessman, Henry Sy, Sr.. It has a land area of 200,000 sq.m and a total floor area of 205,120 sq.m. It features anchors like the SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, 9 deluxe state-of-the-art cinemas, SM Food Court and SM Ice Skating Rink. It also features other surprising anchors like Ace Hardware, Toy Kingdom, Storyland, SM Appliance Center, National Bookstore, Our Home, Surplus Shop and Watsons.

After Henry Sy Sr. publicly listed SM Prime Holdings in 1994, the company continuously plans and operates shopping malls throughout the country. In April 2, 1995, SM Southmall was opened, the 5th SM Supermall ever built with a floor area of 205,120 sq.m and a land area of 200,000 sq.m. The mall features the SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Cinemas, Storyland, SM Food Court, SM Ice Skating Rink, it also features anchors like Ace Hardware, Toy Kingdom, SM Appliance Center, National Bookstore, Our Home, Surplus Shop and Watsons.
