Ego block

SEEs have a high awareness of their social surroundings and of the social influence or "weight" of different people. They are naturals at concentrating social attention on themselves or on anyone else they bring into the limelight.

1. Extroverted sensing

SEEs like to exercise their willpower and take responsibility upon themselves, which helps them put forth more effort. They typically expect and encourage others to put forth effort as well in everything they do. They are often vocally critical of people who do not try hard enough or situations where there is no leadership and initiative.

SEEs often look for opportunities to take leadership positions, and with people they are around frequently, will assume leadership roles without prompting.

Learning everything they can about others at a social gathering is paramount to the SEE. When the SEE learns that he does not know about how a piece of art looks or a type of food tastes he will be very interested in experiencing that stimulus.

2. Introverted ethics

SEEs have a strong sense of what is proper behavior. helps guides the SEE how to uses their personal influence. It often seems so obvious to them what others should do because they ‘know’ what needs to be done. If no one will step up and do the morally right thing, the SEE will. They sometimes feel compelled to make known their own personal values as being in others people’s best interests. However, this can be in complete disregard for the feelings and needs of others. If there is enough reasonable opposition, the SEE usually will quietly step away.

3. Extroverted intuition

SEEs are generally wary and mistrustful of new things, ideas, and behavior styles that they have not heard of, seen, or conceived of before. When people tell or show them such things, they often don't know whether the person is telling the truth and may suspect that the other person is trying to trick them or play a joke on them. They may then dismiss the person as a crackpot or just plain "nuts." SEEs need to see how other people react to the person and his new information, views, or behavior in order to make a proper assessment.

4. Introverted logic

SEEs do not bear being imposed rules on and often even act the opposite way. Do not bear questions asking to justify own behavior. Cannot even imagine a strict system guiding their life. They do not focus on systematic decision making, sometimes resulting in them being excessive spenders. They enjoy the thrill of the present moment, and don't like having to weight out pros and cons or make the "right" decision.

6. Extroverted logic
