Ruby Neri is the daughter of Bay Area Figurative sculptor
Manuel Neri , and followed in his footsteps as an artist. In the early 1990s, while attendingSan Francisco Art Institute , she began prolifically painting distinct, monochromatic graffiti horses in public spaces in San Francisco.
