Jerry Perez de Tagle

President and founder of Integrative Learning International with headquarters in Manila. He gave the name "Integrative Learning" to the system in 1986 and was one of its co-developers where he taught at Syracuse University, New York, USA. This is also where de Tagle taught a course called "Activate the Genius Within You." Formerly the Director of Personnel with Hilton Hotel at Syracuse, New York Jerry provides a diverse background of theory development and application for cutting edge learning and knowledge management. His competency is in the field of learning design, assessment, delivery, and rapid organization development.

Jerry and the company he leads, Integrative Learning International have trained dozens of education and business organizations, a few thousand teachers/trainers in Asia Pacific, and have worked with a number of national ministries of education.

Mr. Perez de Tagle's colorful career includes work experience in the academe at Syracuse University, an international hotel chain, as an entrepreneur and CEO. He has written and published numerous articles and presented at many international conferences. Jerry's training and consulting practice spans the globe with clients in Asia, Europe, Africa and the United States.

Mr. Perez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is an MA PhD candidate in Organization Development, Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI).
