Joannie Palumbo

Joannie Palumbo (Hayley Chase) is Oliver's girlfriend and Lilly's arch-rival since 2nd grade when Joannie cut the string on Lilly's kite, and later popped her balloon. After a sleepover with Miley and Lilly, Joannie and Lilly find out that they have a lot in common and become friends, which enrages Miley.

Mikayla

Mikayla (Selena Gomez) is a pop star, and Hannah Montana's biggest rival. Unlike Hannah (who had dozens of hits), her only top-ten hit was "If Cupid Had a Heart". Mikayla pretends to be Hannah's friend in the public eye, and is shown to have less experience than Hannah in the musical world. She promises to steal all of Hannah's fans at a charity concert in Florida, a task at which she obviously failed. Hannah calls her "Mik-cockroach". She later appears in "That's What Friends Are For?", co-starring in an upcoming movie with Jake Ryan. She soon becomes friends Miley, unbeknownst to her that Miley is Hannah. Mikayla and Miley go shopping without Lilly (who Mikayla does not like), Mikayla suggests they talk about how much she hates Hannah Montana.

Traci Van Horn

Traci Van Horn (Romi Dames) is the daughter of Hannah's record producer (which is why Miley maintains a friendly relationship with her) ['Keeping Secrets (HM Book 1)'] who is always involved in the biggest parties, and has a deviated septum, which causes her voice to sound more nasal than the average voice.It is seen that she has sinus problem and she also wets the Olsen Twins with her flum."Hannah Montana" episode: It's My Party and I'll Lie if I Want To] Miley's cousin Luanne had asked if there was any candy corn in her throat. Her cat is named Madonna. She has sinus problems, and she once shot a "snot rocket" so long that it hit both of the Olsen twins. She also hates Lola, and pretends she doesn't exist. She also thinks Miley's father is "so funny". Roxy calls her "Hannah's squeaky little friend"."Hannah Montana" episode: Cuffs Will Keep Us Together] In the episode "My Boyfriend's Jackson, And There's Going To Be Trouble", Jackson accidentally becomes Hannah's boyfriend, and when Traci meets him, despite him being utterly disgusting at the party, she finds him to be "much cuter in person" and "so funny".

Amber and Ashley

Amber Addison (Shanica Knowles) and Ashley Dewitt (Anna Maria Perez de Tagle) are bullies at Miley, Lilly, and Oliver's school. The two appear ever since the pilot episode. The two appear as enemies and foils to Miley and Lilly's school reputation, and have, on several occasions managed to get people to dislike the two."Hannah Montana" episode: The Idol Side of Me] Amber is highly arrogant, and Ashley appears to be a less intelligent version of her. The two have a signature trademark on the show; putting their fingers together while saying "Ooo, tsss" (usually employed when they say the same thing at the same time). Amber is known for her powering singing voice,"Hannah Montana" episode: Song Sung Bad] though Ashley is also known for her faulty voice. It is revealed in "The Idol Side of Me" that the two (mainly Amber) are huge fans of Hannah Montana, and Ashley says in a later episode that she considers Hannah Montana as "amazing". Although the two dislike Miley, Ashley (and later Amber) both arrive at Miley's home with the attempt of being her best friend after learning Miley was dating celebrity actor Jake Ryan."Hannah Montana" episode: Achy Jakey Heart Part 1] Amber later uses her powerful singing voice to humiliate Lilly by challenging her in a contest. They have yet to appear as often as they did in the first season.

Mr. Corelli

Francis Corelli (Greg Baker) Miley, Lilly, and Oliver's teacher at school, had taught them English "Hannah Montana" episode: New Kid in School ] , Geography and Drama "Hannah Montana" episode: O Say, Can You Remember the Words ] in their middle school, but teaches them History in high school. "Hannah Montana" episode: Lilly's Mom Has Got It Goin' On ] He still lives with his mother, and is known for his exuberant and loud personality. He often tends to favor several students over others, as seen in "New Kid in School" and "Song Sung Bad" where he favors celebrity Jake Ryan and then Amber Addison. "Saint" Sarah (Morgan York) is a good-willed peer of Miley and her friends. She is an environmentalist, and cares about pollution and has a fear of global warming. Her catchphrase is to generally give bad news to someone, and respond with a happy "bye!" and walk off."Hannah Montana" episode: My Boyfriend's Jackson and There's Gonna Be Trouble] She briefly dated Oliver until the two realized they had nothing in common, and also dated Jackson after mistaking a hint to be from him, when Rico was the real crush. In order to help her win a charity event, Miley, Lilly, and Oliver decided to use Hannah Montana's influence to help her win (but Amber and Ashley end up winning)."Hannah Montana" episode: Money for Nothing, Guilt for Free] In one episode, everyone in Mr. Corelli's class had to do a project for International Relation Week and Sarah made up a country called "Sarahtopia". She appears to be surprisingly atlethic, as seen when she and Oliver fought about letting Miley and Lilly do whatever they felt like and Sarah beat up Oliver (right after hauling him by the legs as Oliver desperately tries to cling unto the floor). Also, in "Cuffs Will Keep Us Together", Lilly picked Sarah over Miley (her nickname was "Stinky") because she was a better football player than her. This started Miley and Lilly's fight. This made Hannah invite the "Ficus named Fern" to Hannah's limo ride instead of Lilly to get back at her. In her first apperance, she was concerned with charities, and was ultimately a good person; in later episodes, her concern is with the enviornment, and can be hypocritically mean at times (such as when she snubbed Miley, or beat up Oliver).

Jake Ryan

Leslie "Jake" Ryan (Cody Linley) is a famous teen actor and noted celebrity. He is Miley's schoolmate, and always gets on Miley's nerves because he is treated better, as he is a celebrity and he has ego issues. Then, Jake finds out that he has a crush on Miley because she is the only girl who isn't falling all over him. After many rejections, Miley realizes that she loves him after filming an episode of "Zombie High". They become an official couple, but break up after she realizes he can't be a normal person. (Although Lilly and Oliver used to idolize him, they also lost interest in him when he couldn't be normal.) He was too used to being popular Jake Ryan that he didn't know HOW to be normal. Roxy Roker

Roxy is the aggressive bodyguard of Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana. She is a former U.S. Marine, who is known for her ridiculous attempts to keep Miley away from boys, and other things she desperately wants. She has also helped get Miley out of sticky situations, like in the episode "Schooly Bully", when Roxy poses as a student to help her understand that she needs to learn how to take care of things -- like bullies -- on her own. She also has many "moves" she uses to protect Miley that she names after herself, or using an animal, such as a puma. (One of them was the act of cutting a pineapple into several pieces without even touching it, and snaps her fingers and crushing a baseball into a fine powder)In the episode "Take This Job and Love It!", Roxy -- temporarily -- quit her job as Hannah's bodyguard after a big feud broke out between the two of them. She took an offer to work with the President. She went back to working with Hannah at the end of the episode however. Roxy was the one who picked out Miley's "Hannah wig" when Robby took Miley to look for wigs back when she was working as a security guard. Roxy often says her catchphrase, "Roxy like a puma!" ,which she started in "Schooly Bully", although she might have started saying it before that. Her other catchphrase is "I got my eye on you!"

*Karen Kunkle (Erin Matthews) was Jackson's teacher at one point, and is currently Miley's biology teacher. She is depicted as being very stern and strict, and even dated Robby at one point because Jackson wanted to improve his grades. *Albert Dontzig (Paul Vogt) is the Stewarts' obnoxious next-door neighbor, who has an on-going rivalry with both Robby and Jackson. *Margo (Camryn Manheim) is Mikayla's loud-mouthed manager. She is very protective of Mikayla, and even gets into an argument with Hannah. She considers herself to be Robby Ray's rival. She later returns in the episode "That's What Friends Are For?", and she continues to be on terrible terms with "Team Montana".. Though she is mean to Hannah, she welcomes Miley with open arms.
*Susan Stewart (Brooke Shields) is the deceased wife of Robby, and the birth mother of Miley and Jackson. She died three years prior to the start of the series. *Heather Truscott (Heather Locklear) is Lilly's mother. Robby briefly dates her in the episode "Lilly's Mom Has Got It Goin' On". She is known for being very uptight. She also knows Miley's "secret". Her "secret alias" is as Lola's hyperactive mother.
*Cooper (Andre Jamal Kinney) is Jackson's best friend in the first season. He insults people who make mistakes by calling them "Fool!" He enjoys baking, to which he occasionally admits is his secret passion (a possible reference to the "Zeke" character in "High School Musical"). *"Dandruff" Danny (Jack Taylor) is an unpopular classmate with a terrible dandruff problem. He is typically seen flicking "flakes" from his body toward others. He is only seen in the first season, and we never learn what happens to him after that.
* Colin Lasseter (Michael Kagan) is a talk show host of "The Real Deal". He has a scraggly voice, and admittedly has "the bladder of a kitten". It has been speculated that Lasseter may be a composite of Larry King and Chris Matthews.
* Wendy (Sandy Brown) is the host of the talk-show "Wake Up, It's Wendy". She appears in the episodes "That's What Friends Are For?" and "My Boyfriend's Jackson, And There's Gonna Be Trouble".
*Johnny Collins (Corbin Bleu) is a student known for popularity, and is Miley's crush in the pilot episode. He is a huge fan of Hannah Montana, and is set to return in the episode "We're All on This Date Together". *Uncle Earl (David Koechner) is the often-mentioned uncle, who is usually the butt of most of Robby and Miley's jokes. Uncle Earl appears in the episode "(We're So Sorry) Uncle Earl". He comes to Malibu to ask Miley to help him become a rock star.
*Aunt Pearl (unseen) is the often-mentioned, yet never seen, aunt of Miley and Jackson. She is also Uncle Earl's wife, and unusual events occur that surround her.
* Cuddles is Uncle Earl's pet pig. Uncle Earl brings him in the episode "(We're So Sorry) Uncle Earl". Uncle Earl also claims that, unlike Aunt Pearl, the pig does not "need to stop every 20 minutes to tinkle".
* "Liposuction" Liza (Lisa Arch) is an over-enthusiastic celebrity photographer, who seems to have a crush on Robby Ray. She appears in the episodes "Your So Vain, You Probably Think This Zit Is Aboout You" and "Smells Like A Teen Sellout".
* Joey Vitolo (Joey Fatone) is an ex-baseball player, who now owns a restaurant. Miley tries to get his autograph on a new baseball after destroying Jackson's prized possession. He refuses, unless his daughter, Angela, meets Hannah Montana, who must also perform on stage with him. He appears in the episode "Bye Bye Ball". He eventually signs the ball and it is revealed he didn't sign it the first time.
* Angela Vitolo (Juliette Goglia) is the daughter of Joey Vitolo, and she is a huge Hannah Montana fan. She is just as unkind as her father. She asks Hannah Montana to sign every visible part of her body. Angela appears in the episode "Bye Bye Ball".
*Marty Kline (Richard Portnow) is Robby Ray's former manager. His catchphrase, when he leaves a room, is "Ladies and gentleman, Marty Klein!!"

* Olivia (Rae'Ven Larrymore Kelly) is Cooper's younger, rebellious sister. In one episode, she causes a brief rift in Jackson and Cooper's friendship by going out with Jackson, even after she promises Cooper she would not. "Hannah Montana" episode: I Can't Make You Love Hannah If You Don't. ]

* Stavros (Daniel Booko) is a "celebrity-by-association", who befriends Jackson after a publicity scandal involving Jackson dating Hannah. He reveals that he is dating "Ashley", but we never learn who is actually referring to. This possibly alludes to an extensive feud between Ashley Olsen and Paris Hilton over their shared boyfriend of the same name.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson appears as himself in an episode, in which Miley attempts to sell an embarrassing picture of Hannah to a tabloid. She then realizes that the photo would give away her secret. To get it back, she agrees to obtain an embarrassing picture of "The Rock", but she eventually learns how miserable he feels afterward. He then helps Miley and Lilly get Miley's picture by holding the chief editor upside down by his leg. ("Don't Stop 'Til You Get the Phone").

Larry David

Larry David is approached by the producers about being on the show when he attended a "Hannah Montana" taping with his two real--life daughters, who are fans of the show. He agrees, and appears in an episode with his daughters. The joke was indirectly related to the Seinfeld episode The Chinese Restaurant.

Jesse McCartney

Jesse McCartney appears at the beginning of the episode "When You Wish You Were The Star" in Hannah's dressing room, and he asks her if she wants to go to a club with him. She unintentionally rejects him. Later in the episode, he is Hannah's boyfriend after Miley wishes on the star to be Hannah Montana all the time.

Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers appear in the episode "Me and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas", and they join Hannah Montana for her first ever full-length duet, performing an original song created for this episode. In the storyline, Miley is jealous when Robby Ray is "working" with Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas. She tries to act more "guy-ish", thinking that her father will spend more time with her, instead of with the "JoBros", as they are known. Future guests

Donny Osmond and Ray Romano will appear as themselves in the episode "We're All On This Date Together".
