Edmund Lacey (or Edmund Lacy) was a medieval Bishop of Hereford and Bishop of Exeter.

He was elected to the see of Hereford between January 21 and February 17 1417 and consecrated on April 18 1417.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 251]

He was translated to the see of Exeter on July 15 1420. He died on September 18 1455.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 247]

While bishop at Exeter, he promoted the cult of the Archangel Raphael, proclaiming the feast in his diocese in 1443, and working throughout England to institute the cult.Swanson "Religion and Devotion" p. 171]
