*Cincinnati Reds (by|2007)

Thomas Aaron Shearn (born August 2, 1977 in Columbus, Ohio) is a pitcher in the Minnesota Twins organization. Shearn, who spent 11 years in the Minor Leagues, made his big league debut for the Cincinnati Reds on August 26, by|2007, in a game against the Florida Marlins. Before being called up, Shearn was living out of the groundskeeper's trailer at the stadium of the Reds' Louisville affiliate. On May 30, by|2008, the Reds sold his contract to the Samsung Lions of the Korean Baseball League. Shearn was signed by the Minnesota Twins to a minor-league contract on July 28 and now plays for the Rochester Red Wings, the Twins' Triple-A affiliate. In the game Baseball Mogul, there is currently a bug that causes Shearn to throw multiple no-hitters every season and perform well above his low ratings.
