Headdi (or Headda or Eatheadus of Sidnacester) was a medieval Bishop of Lichfield.

He was consecrated in 691 and died between 716 and 727.Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 218] He held the see of Leicester along with Lichfield. Headdi in 706 consecrated the new church constructed at Crowland Abbey by Saint Guthlac.Stenton "Anglo-Saxon England" Third Edition p. 49-50]
