Amantle Montsho (born
4 July 1983 ) is a sprinter fromBotswana who specializes in the400 metres .She won the silver medal at the 2006 African Championships and the gold medal at the 2007 All-Africa Games. At the All-Africa Games she also finished fifth in the
200 metres .
