IEEE Design & Test of Computers, or IEEE Design & Test, or simply Design & Test, is a magazine published by the Circuits and Systems Society, the Computer Society, and the Council on EDA of the IEEE. It is a magazine, rather than a scholarly journal, and hence has article of general interest to those working in the field, not just research articles. "Design & Test" has ISSN|0740-7475.

The magazine focuses on current and near-future practice, and includes tutorials, how-to articles, and real-world case studies.
